No trip to York is complete without a visit to the Jorvik Viking Centre, which will be your final visit of the day. The Jorvik Viking Centre is a museum containing lifelike mannequins and life-size dioramas depicting Viking life in the city. At JORVIK Viking Centre you are standing on the site which revealed some of the most astounding discoveries in modern archaeology.
You’ll then head off to climb to the top of the historic Clifford’s Tower and immerse in centuries of history at one of York’s most iconic sites and experience stunning views over the ancient city
