ITINERARY
- DAY *1*
Depart your school on your private coach via a Dover – Calais Channel crossing. Arrive at your accommodation in time for dinner in the evening.
- DAY *2*
Start your trip with a visit to a traditional French market – a perfect place to practise your language skills! Then we’ll look at aspects of the Second World War with visits to Arromanches 360, the American Cemetery near Omaha Beach, and the Caen Memorial Museum.
- DAY *3*
Start the day with a visit to caramel factory and then a traditional goat farm, before heading to view the Bayeux Tapestry. If time allows later in the afternoon, spend some time on the beach or shopping.
- DAY *4*
A full day visit to the magnificent Mont St Michel, stopping off in the pretty town of Villedieu les Poêles on the return journey.
- DAY *5*
Depart your accommodation and head back to Calais for the journey back to school.
