During this 4 day tour, you will not only get a chance to visit 3 of the most popular Christmas markets in the area but your group will discover some of the local sights and get a chance to practise their language skills.
Enjoy the local culture of Germany during the festive season
No one does Christmas markets quite like the Germans and with this trip, your pupils can discover three major Christmas markets in three very different German towns.
Bonn, where the town hall is transformed into an enormous advent calendar, Koblenz which has over 130 market stalls and Boppard which has a charming beauty offering views over the River Rhine.
This itinerary also takes in more of the local scenery including the Rüdesheim cable car, Niederwald Monument and Deutsches Eck.

Nowhere does Christmas Markets better than Germany
ITINERARY
- DAY *1*
Your private coach will take you across the channel and then through Germany to the Rhine Valley, arriving at the accommodation later on the afternoon.
- DAY *2*
Visit Bonn Christmas market, with its famous advent calendar, which is lit up daily on the countdown to Christmas. The afternoon will be spent visiting Koblenz Christmas market, which has over 130 market stalls. Then onto visit Deutsches Eck, where the River Mosel meets the River Rhine.
- DAY *3*
A day in Rüdesheim. Visit Siegfried’s Musikkabinet, then take the chairlift to the Niederwald Monument, before taking a short boat trip on the Rhine.
- DAY *4*
After breakfast, check out of your accommodation, visit the Boppard Christmas market before traveling back to the UK.
