We are happy to compare quotations for you, and we promise to match any like-for-like quotation.

All prices are based on a minimum of 20 paying people.
For groups of fewer than 20 people we are unlikely to be able to obtain meaningful discounts from our suppliers, and so this would be reflected in the prices we’re able to offer you.
It is easier to keep track of costs when all your meals are included.
However, half-board accommodation can provide greater flexibility, particularly with older pupils.

Use of the coach in the evenings is subject to European driving regulations. We can work with you to create an itinerary to make this possible. This may require an extra driver which will incur an extra charge.
Please contact us on our 24-hour helpline and we will do the necessary to get you moving again.
Yes. As soon as your coach has been confirmed, we can pass this on to you.
This depends on the length of your trip.
Longer journeys often require two drivers, but with shorter journeys, two drivers will allow greater flexibility, for example for evenings activities.
Naturally, we take our groups’ safety very seriously. See our Safety Page.
All transport, accommodation and visits are audited to the requirements of the School Travel Forum (STF), of which we are an assured member. This should provide all the information that you or your Local Authority require, but if you have further paperwork we will be happy to complete it on your behalf. You may find the School Travel Forum guide, Demystifying Risk Assessments, useful.
Inspection visits play an important part in the risk assessment process and are encouraged by the DoE. We are happy to offer such visits to the Party Leader (or their nominated deputy) plus one other adult.
We offer a 24-hour helpline, for your peace of mind. Our staff follow clear guidelines to ensure a fast and efficient response to your call.
As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your holiday, the following cancellation charges will always be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges. These cancellation charges are payable by you whether or not you have already paid a sufficient amount to us in deposits.
Period before departure within | Cancellations charge per person cancelling |
70 days or more | All deposits due only |
22 to 69 days | 75% of total cost |
0 to 21 days | 100% of total cost |
Our prices are determined by the number of paying passengers, and so may increase if your numbers decrease, and cancellation charges may apply.
Please let us know as soon as possible, in writing, if this happens.
We will try our very best to ensure that extra passengers can be accommodated, but we will need to check with the accommodation provider, coach company/airline before we can add any extras on to your booking.
Free places are offered on a 1:10 ratio
