As members of the School Travel Forum, we have been working closely with our suppliers to ensure that all aspects of future trips are undertaken in as COVID-secure conditions as possible.

We require all coach companies and accommodation suppliers to confirm that they have taken the necessary measures to ensure that their services are COVID-secure.

If you would like copies of the audit forms that we require all such suppliers to complete, please contact us.

As an accredited member of The School Travel Forum(STF), we adhere to the accrediting body guidelines with regard to safety management, which includes COVID-19.

The STF has created a useful In Safe Hands toolkit that is available for you to download here: www.schooltravelforum.com/teachers-toolkit (scroll down the page).

The STF was established many years ago to help schools travel with confidence and is a non-profit, professional trade association that promotes school travel and upholds the best in class health & safety processes.

As members of ABTA, The School Travel Forum (STF), and the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC), and a holder of an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) issued by the CAA, we only use audited accommodation and transport that follow “COVID-19 Secure” guidelines required by UK/Overseas public health agencies at the location. We ask all of our customers to engage and respect hotel, coach/airport systems & restrictions. We will make COVID-19 risk assessments available prior to travel based on the most current health guidelines.

We are a well-established and respected Tour Operator with many decades of experience. As part of the arrangements between the UK & EU, no difficulties are expected for travel around the EU for up to 90 days in 180 days. Initially, your itinerary may include additional time to allow for any minor delays at border controls. However, it is in the interest of all parties for the borders to flow smoothly in both directions. Please note that to travel in Europe, there must be at least 6 months left (from the ten years from the ISSUE date) on all passports. Please ensure all members of the party have checked they have a valid passport to travel to avoid any difficulties at the port. The below link offers further information that you may find useful:
