ITINERARY
- DAY *1*
Depart from a London airport and arrive in Washington DC, then transfer to accommodation. Spend the rest of the day exploring the local area.
- DAY *2*
Your first full day will begin with a visit to the Lincoln Memorial, the National World War II Memorial, and then the Washington Monument. Spend the afternoon at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, which has the world’s largest collection of historic aircraft and spacecraft.
- DAY *3*
Today, explore the Capitol Building, home to the US Congress, and get a tour of this marvelous building. The afternoon will be spent at one of the cities many museums, such as the National Museum of Natural History, National Museum of American History, or the National Gallery of Art.
- DAY *4*
After departing your hotel, spend your last day discovering more of this wonderful city. Whether this is doing a bit of shopping, visiting the picturesque Tidal Basin, or visiting one of the largest zoos in the world. And no visit to Washington is complete without a group photo outside of the White House. Then it’s time for your return to the airport and your overnight flight home.
