This 4 day package is a great option for students visiting France for the first time.

Our 4 night trip to Opal Coast has been put together with teachers in mind to suit their educational needs. This trip is suitable for all ages and it focuses on French culture finding out about how bread is made, local history with a visit to Hitler’s V2 rocket base and plenty other fun activities to enjoy as a group.

An extended visit to cultural Northern France
ITINERARY
- DAY *1*
Travel by private coach from your school gates to France via a ferry crossing between Dover and Calais. Visit the French National Sea-Life centre – Nausicaa. You will arrive at your accommodation early evening.
- DAY *2*
After breakfast, visit a typical French market and practise your language skills! Then a visit to an artisan sweet factory to see (and taste) regional specialities being made. Finally to Hitler’s V2 rocket base – La Coupole.
- DAY *3*
Spend the morning at the Bagatelle Theme Park – pure fun (in French!). This afternoon is at Aqualud – an indoor pool complex. Replace with a visit to Lille if you prefer.
- DAY *4*
Depart accommodation and enjoy a final taste of France at a traditional bakery where you can help make croissants! Time for last-minute shopping in Calais before travelling back to school.
