Explore the wonders of the world of Harry Potter.
This outing will give you a chance to go behind-the-scenes at the Warner Bros. Studios near Watford, where the film series was made. Finish the day visiting Christ Church College, in Oxford, another key filming location within the franchise.
A Behind-The-Scenes view of the Books and Broomsticks
This day out gives people of all ages (including teachers!) a chance to really immerse themselves in J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter universe, which boasts over 500 million books sold worldwide and 8 very successful films.
All Hogwarts fans will have a fantastic time visiting the location of where these movies were made. Discover the world of film-making, as well as seeing some of the original sets, including Diagon Alley and Number 4 Privet Drive. Board the Knight Bus, try your hand at flying a broomstick with the use of green screen technology, and don’t forget to take the opportunity to purchase a frothy tankard of Butterbeer!
Iconic props and costumes can be seen throughout your experience, and your students can find out more about the special effects seen in the films.

ITINERARY

After being picked up by private coach, arrive at the Warner Bros Studios mid-morning.
Upon arrival, you will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour giving you a chance to see first at hand the fascinating world behind the books and renowned films.
After spending a few hours engaged in this fantasy world, you can travel to Oxford to spend the afternoon at Christ Church College where you’ll get a chance to see where the Grand Hall scenes were shot!
Depart on your journey home, engage with your group on what you have seen and enjoyed about the day!
