With some of the largest Christmas Markets in northern Europe, France is a perfect destination for an end of term treat combined with French learning and culture.
Your students will enjoy a range of different markets whilst learning about local French culture, food and drink during this festive season. Also practising their language skills throughout the tour speaking to local market traders and locals.
French Culture and Food at Christmas time
This 3 day itinerary is ideal for schools wanting to experience two different markets whilst also letting students learn about the local area. Lille is one of the most popular French markets and is lit up with thousands of lights to give a warm, friendly and festive atmosphere.
Visit Amiens with its magnificent cathedral and market with over 100 stalls. Our tour organisers are on hand to help you from start to finish and have over 20 years of experience which makes them experts when creating the right trip for your school.

ITINERARY
- DAY *1*
You shall be collected from your school by your private coach before travelling to cross the channel to France. Your journey will continue to your appointed accommodation. Depending on your time of arrival you can take a visit to your first Christmas market to have a look around.
- DAY *2*
After breakfast, visit Amiens Christmas market with over 100 stalls to explore and buy gifts for home. Finish the day with a visit to the beautiful Amiens cathedral.
- DAY *3*
After breakfast depart your accommodation. Visit your final Christmas market of your choice (Ask one of our tour organisers for advice) before your journey home, back to school.
