The old town is full of character and life. Start your day with visiting the stunning Cathedral of Valencia, built in 13th century. Stop for lunch at the Central Market, which is also a great sample of modernist art. Visit the Museum of Fine Arts, where you can see the work of Velazquez, Ribera, El Greco and Goya.
Another essential stop is the National Ceramics Museum, set inside a rococo palace. Come and relax at the beautiful Marina and have a taste of the mouth-watering spanish paella and some tapas.
