Why are your tours so much cheaper than anywhere else?

Will I be asked for payments on the site?
NO! You can browse the site and make a booking should you wish - we will NOT ask for any payments through the site.
Can we pay in instalments to make it easier?
Yes of course! Once first deposits are sent to us, you can send payments whenever you like (as long as final balance is with us 8 weeks before you travel)
What happens to my details?
We ONLY use the details you submit on the site for your booking. We will NEVER give your details to any other company. Privacy policy.
Can I change my itinerary?
Our itineraries are designed to give the best possible value, maximum time away and in a way that's tried and tested. We cannot therefore allow any changes. However, you can arrange all of your own visits if you prefer.
Can I have an executive coach?
Yes of course! Simply tick the box underneath the prices!
What about safety?

What meals are included?
All our tours include breakfast and some include dinner too. See the 'What's included' box. You can also add in extra meals simply by ticking the box underneath the price panel
What if my group is bigger / smaller than the number we originally book for?
If smaller, we keep any first deposits paid and the price may rise. If bigger, please just let us know so we can make sure we're holding enough hotel space. Note maximum group size is 57 persons per coach (72 if you've requested a double-deck coach).
Do we get free places for staff?
Yes! Supervising staff are free in the ratio 1:10. Extra staff above this ratio can also travel paying the pupil price + an adult supplement which we'll advise.
Can we have single rooms for staff?
We allocate 1 single room per group and all other staff are in twins. Should you specifically require single rooms you must let us know at the booking stage and supplements will apply (subject to availability which cannot be guaranteed)
Do you offer discounts?
No - we like to keep everything very simple and since our prices are as low as they can be, we don't offer any gimmicky discounts
Are there any supplements?
No - as long as your group size is the size you booked for, there are no supplements on our tours. However, due to the cost of coach transport, the price offered to schools travelling very long distances to their destination may be higher than the price on the website. The price shown on your detailed quotation is however guaranteed.
How do I find out about the facilities and safety record of the hotels on the site?
Email us and we will send you a safety audit of the hotel
and a guide to its facilities. All our accommodation is audited to STF standards!
How much money should I ask the pupils for?
We'd suggest you ask for the tour price + the cost of visits + a small (say £10) contingency which you can return to them after the trip.
