Safety will always be our first priority. The accommodation and coaches we use are safety audited on a regular basis to the highest standards - we are assured members of the STF and comply to the code of practice.

In addition, we are please to announce that we have been awarded the Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge, a government-approved scheme that shows that we offer high-quality and safe teaching and learning experiences.

The Government's'Health and Safety of Learners Outside the Classroom' consultation paper makes it very clear - "For more complex off-site visits the Quality Badge scheme helps you use accredited providers - you needn't risk assess what's offered by holders of a Quality Badge"

Safety Management System

Before booking we advise that you familiarise yourself with both HASPEV (see below) and with our own Safety Management System. Acorn Venture’s system was developed with RoSPA (Membership no M60500029). It is constantly reviewed and externally audited, and complies with all current regulations and best practice.
