At 20:00 every day the 'Last Post' is sounded here in a simple ceremony - incredibly moving.

An interactive museum that takes you through the lives of the people in and around Ypres during the war.
Passchendaele Museum.
Scene of some of the bloodiest fighting, this excellent museum offers educational guides.
Tyne Cot Cemetery and Memorial.
The world's largest Commonwealth cemetery with a superb visitors centre to help explain...
Langemark Cemetery.
Almost 25,000 German graves including 3000+ 'student volunteers'.
Hill 62 and Sactuary Wood.
A small private museum with trenches and artefacts including rare '3D' pictures.
The Poppies
The Poppies. A dedicated school 'hotel' in the centre of Ypres offering clean, comfortable accommodation. Walking distance to the Menin Gate and the Cloth Market. We also use the sister hotels 'Menin Gate' and 'Salient'.
